UK Delivery Information

Kites
We provide 2 levels of delivery:

3-5 working days via Hermes or similar £4.95
Next working day via UPS or similar £10.90 (please order before 10am)

Spare parts only
3-5 working days via Hermes £2.95
Next working day via UPS or similar £10.90 (please order before 10am)

Premium deliveries will be made by an express 24 hour service however next day delivery is not guaranteed and applies for deliveries made Monday to Friday. Deliveries to certain parts of the UK may take longer.

Up to 2 kites and/or up to 3 spare part items can be ordered at the same time and for the same delivery cost. For larger orders of kites or spare parts please contact us or place multiple orders.

International Shipping Information

Shipping outside of the UK can take up to 10 days. Costs are:

Kites
Europe – £18.00
USA and Canada £20.00
Rest of World – £25.00

Spare parts only
Europe – £14.00
USA and Canada £16.00
Rest of World – £20.00

Christmas

Last order dates for Christmas will be notified on the website at the start of December.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you change your mind, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address. The product should be returned in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase and we’ll refund the purchase price. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we mean unused and in its original packaging with labels. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Consumer Rights.

Where you decide to return the kite our refund will cover the cost of the product/s and our standard outward delivery charges (not the additional cost of any premium/overnight service). It is your responsibility to cover the return postage, our suggested courier is Hermes https://www.myhermes.co.uk/

Faulty goods

If the kite is missing any part please contact us and we will send you the missing part by return.

If the product is damaged on receipt then contact us and we will arrange for a pre-paid returns label to be emailed to you and either a refund or replacement provided. If the product is deemed faulty then the refund will cover the product cost and the postage paid.
