Payment through our online shop can be made via PayPal with the option to pay using a credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account.
Alternatively payments can be made to our bank account, please contact us for the details and to place an order. Unfortunately we are unable to take telephone orders.
Our kites can also be ordered and fulfilled directly by us through our pages on the UK Amazon and Ebay marketplaces. On these marketplace links our pterodactyl kite is only sold by Jurassic Kites Ltd.
Shipping and delivery times via Amazon and Ebay may be slower than if ordered directly through jurassickites.co.uk

Kites
Mainland England, Lowland Scotland, and Wales
2-3 working days (despatched Monday to Friday) via a Parcelforce 48 hour service £5.95
We may use Evri for local deliveries to Dorset addresses.
Highlands and Islands – 5-7 working days via Evri £5.95
Northern Ireland and Isle of Man – 5-7 working days via Evri £5.95
Channel Islands – up to 10 days via Parcelforce or similar £15.00 – Jersey and Guernsey are listed as seperate countries in the cart drop down menu
Deliveries to outlying parts of the UK may take longer
All customers will receive via email the courier tracking number of their parcel enabling the delivery progress to be checked by the customer.
Where customers are receiving parcels via Parcelforce and have provided their mobile number this will be provided to Parcelforce with the customer receiving text messages notifying them of delivery and alternative delivery options.
Orders sent by Parcelforce and not collected by the customer from their local depot or Post Office after failed home delivery attempts and notification (they are usually kept at the Post Office for approximately 2 weeks), and are subsequently returned to us will cost Jurassic Kites Ltd £15 for each parcel. On those occasions where a customer requires redelivery from us this will be done via EVRi after payment to Jurassic Kites Ltd of £10 to partially cover the return and second delivery costs.

Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday) following ordering. Delivery timings are not guaranteed.

Up to 30 kites and/or spare part items can be ordered at the same time and for the same delivery cost. For larger orders of kites or spare parts please contact us.
International Shipping Information
Unfortunately, due to Brexit we are currently not shipping kites to the EU, we hope to do so again in the future. We can supply kites to countries in the EU if they are ordered through Ebay and their Global Shipping Programme.
Shipping outside of the UK can take up to 10 days. Costs are:

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you change your mind, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address. The product should be returned in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase and we’ll refund the purchase price. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we mean unused and in its original packaging with labels. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Consumer Rights.
Where you decide to return the kite our refund will cover the cost of the product/s and our standard outward delivery charges (not the additional cost of any premium/overnight service). It is your responsibility to cover the return postage, our suggested courier is Evri.
Faulty goods
If the kite is missing any part please contact us and we will send you the missing part by return.
If the product is damaged on receipt then contact us and we will arrange for a pre-paid returns label to be emailed to you and either a refund or replacement provided. If the product is deemed faulty then the refund will cover the product cost and the postage paid.
