Mainland England, Lowland Scotland, and Wales – 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday) via a Parcelforce 48hr service £4.95

Deliveries local to Dorset may be done via Evri (Hermes)

Highlands and Islands – 5-7 working days via Evri (Hermes) or similar £6.95

Northern Ireland – 5-7 working days via Evri (Hermes) or similar £6.95

Channel Islands – up to 10 days via Parcelforce or similar £15.00 – Jersey and Guernsey are listed as seperate countries in the cart drop down menu

Deliveries to outlying parts of the UK may take longer

Orders are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday) following ordering. Delivery timings are not guaranteed.


Up to 30 kites and/or spare part items can be ordered at the same time and for the same delivery cost. For larger orders of kites or spare parts please contact us.

International Shipping Information

Unfortunately, due to Brexit we are currently not shipping kites to the EU, we hope to do so again in the future. We do however have stockists in the EU who will supply customers in other EU countries through their online ordering or kites can be ordered through Ebay and their Global Shipping Programme.

Shipping outside of the UK can take up to 10 days. Costs are:

USA – £24.00

Canada – £29.00

Rest of World – £40.00

Posting dates for Christmas 2022 will be provided here from the start of December 2022.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you change your mind, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address. The product should be returned in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase and we’ll refund the purchase price. Unless faulty, this must be within 14 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we mean unused and in its original packaging with labels. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and Consumer Rights.

Where you decide to return the kite our refund will cover the cost of the product/s and our standard outward delivery charges (not the additional cost of any premium/overnight service). It is your responsibility to cover the return postage, our suggested courier is Hermes.

Faulty goods

If the kite is missing any part please contact us and we will send you the missing part by return.

If the product is damaged on receipt then contact us and we will arrange for a pre-paid returns label to be emailed to you and either a refund or replacement provided. If the product is deemed faulty then the refund will cover the product cost and the postage paid.
